Alaska

Honestly, there's only a couple things I miss about Alaska besides my friends and family. One of these things is the absolutely gorgeous sunsets.

Outfit: Alaska

IMG_4823IMG_4850IMG_4860
I sewed some white ribbon on the back of my favorite jacket to make it more sailor-y!

dress: Forever 21    cardigan: thrifted    leggings: H&M     boots: Sheikh     belt: mom's
   lady tie: Flapper Girl

These pictures were taken in my parent's yard in Wasilla, Alaska. Notice the lack of snow! That's a pretty weird occurrence for this time of year. During most of my visit, it was actually colder here in Portland, Oregon than it was in Alaska! Luckily, on the day before I left, it started dumping snow, and all was right again. It was really great getting to spend some time with my family and friends. I'll show you guys some more Alaska pictures later.

Here's me trying to get Bowser the Schnauzer to take a picture with me. He didn't really feel like looking at the camera!
